结构损伤机制的选择、评价、设计与控制是建筑结构抗震设计面临的热点与难点。定量评价建筑结构地震损失不仅是结构损伤机制选择与评价的重要环节,也是抗震防灾决策的重要依据。以全概率PBEE方法(PEER-PBEE Methodology)为基础,给出了地震损失计算方法和流程,结合工程实际确定了地震损失评估所需考虑的地震动强度范围,归纳总结了RC框架结构各类构件的易损性函数和损失函数。定量评价了按现行规范设计的不同抗震设防烈度的典型多层RC框架结构的地震损失,分析了设防烈度、倒塌风险、构件类别等因素的影响。研究结果表明,该评估方法可为抗震防灾决策提供参考。根据算例分析结果对不同烈度区的建筑结构地震损失控制提出了有关建议。
The selection, evaluation, design and control of structural damage mechanism are the hot spots and difficulties facing the seismic design of building structures. Quantitatively evaluating the seismic loss of building structures is not only an important link in the selection and evaluation of structural damage mechanisms, but also an important basis for earthquake disaster prevention and decision-making. Based on the PEER-PBEE Methodology, the calculation method and flow of earthquake loss are given. The range of seismic intensity to be considered in seismic loss assessment is determined by engineering practice. The components of RC frame structure Vulnerability and loss functions. The seismic loss of a typical multi-story RC frame structure with different seismic fortification intensity according to current codes is evaluated quantitatively. The influence of fortification intensity, risk of collapse, component type and other factors is analyzed. The results show that this method can provide a reference for earthquake disaster prevention decision-making. Based on the results of the example analysis, some suggestions are put forward to control the seismic loss of building structures in different intensity regions.
