结核性风湿症又称为结核性变态反应性关节炎,比较少见。笔者1982～1991年十年间遇到3例,临床资料见附表。讨论:本病是由结核杆菌毒素引起的机体过敏状态,多并发于原发性肺结核和淋巴结核,个別并发于肠结核或肾结核。本组三例中两例查出肺部结核,一例未查出结核原发病灶,但结核菌素均为强阳性反应,均有风湿病样关节症状,均无心脏受累的病征。
Tuberculous rheumatism, also known as tuberculous allergic arthritis, is relatively rare. The author encountered three cases from 1982 to 1991 ten years, the clinical data see schedule. Discussion: The disease is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis toxin in the body allergic state, and more complicated in primary tuberculosis and lymph node tuberculosis, individual complicated by intestinal tuberculosis or renal tuberculosis. Pulmonary tuberculosis was detected in two of the three cases in this group, and one case did not detect the primary lesion of tuberculosis. However, tuberculin was strongly positive and all had rheumatoid-like joint symptoms without any signs of cardiac involvement.
