[目的/意义]互联网思维推动企业开放式创新与Web技术应用的深度融合。作为新兴的开放式创新应用模式,开放式创新社区(OIC)成为企业界和学者关注的焦点。如何利用OIC提升中国本土化组织知识创造能力在OIC理论研究与实践应用还有很大的探索空间。[方法 /过程]在组织知识创造理论的指导下,构建基于SECI的OIC知识创造能力模型。以海尔为例,分析海尔“众创意”对组织知识创造能力提升的四个过程。[结果 /结论]发现企业能够通过OIC及时捕捉创意、需求与反馈,同时提升感知获取能力;在对创意的探寻、整合、消化运用的过程中提升知识的探寻能力、适应能力与吸收创新能力,并进一步提出OIC与知识创造能力融合提升模型。
[Purpose / Significance] Internet thinking drives the deep integration of enterprise open innovation and web technology application. As a new and open mode of application of open innovation, the Open Innovation Community (OIC) has become the focus of business and scholars. How to Use OIC to Enhance Knowledge Creation Ability of Chinese Localization Organizations There is still much room for exploration in OIC theoretical research and practical application. [Method / Process] Under the guidance of the theory of organizational knowledge creation, this paper builds the OIC knowledge creation ability model based on SECI. Taking Haier as an example, this paper analyzes the four processes that Haier “Public Creativity ” enhances the organizational knowledge creation ability. [Results / Conclusions] It is found that enterprises can timely capture creativity, needs and feedback through OIC, and at the same time, improve their perceived acquisition ability. In the process of exploring, integrating and digesting creative ideas, they can enhance their ability to explore, adapt and absorb innovation, And further put forward the integration and promotion model of OIC and knowledge creation ability.
