伴随社会的进步和我国汽车行业的快速发展,汽车零配件企业的发展也越来越完善,建立企业预算控制制度对完善汽车零配件企业的发展十分有帮助,但是目前我国汽车零配件企业内部的预算控制制度还存在不足,这在一定程度上减缓了汽车零配件企业发展的步伐,本文对汽车零配件企业内部预算控制制度存在的一些问题进行分析,并提出一些完善措施,希望对汽车零配件企业内部预算控制制度建立有所帮助。
