当下的医院建设将人文关怀的天平严重倾斜于患者一方,医护人员的工作条件和环境往往不被重视。其实,如果不能让医护人员保持良好的体力与精神状态,将直接影响对患者的治疗效果。特别是在精神病院里,在满足患者的基本条件和权益保障的前提下,应当平衡医护人员工作环境的水平。这应当是精神卫生建筑设计的一个重要理念。
