目的探讨品管圈在缩短口腔专科医院门诊预约患者等候时间的应用效果,提升预约患者的满意度。方法通过实施品管圈方法对专家综合门诊预约患者进行调查分析,探讨影响预约患者未按时就诊的主要因素,加以分析和改进。结果经过对主要影响因素的改进,我院预约患者等候时间从改善前15.63min下降到改善后4.33min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在临床上开展品管圈活动可以显著缩短预约患者的等候时间,该方法能够提高医疗服务效率,增强患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle in shortening the waiting time of patient in outpatient department of oral specialty hospital so as to enhance the satisfaction of patients in reservation. Methods Through the implementation of quality control circle method, the expert comprehensive outpatient booking patients were investigated and analyzed to explore the main factors that affect the appointment of patients not on time to visit, to be analyzed and improved. Results After the improvement of the main influencing factors, the waiting time of patients in our hospital decreased from 15.63min before the improvement to 4.33min after the improvement, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion In the clinical practice of quality control circle can significantly shorten the waiting time of patients scheduled, this method can improve the efficiency of medical services and enhance patient satisfaction.
