本文系作者自拟中药制剂———“灵宝”冲剂促进儿童智能发育的研究总结。７６例智力迟钝儿，随机分为治疗组和对照组各３８例，治疗组服“灵宝”冲剂，对照组服安慰剂，进行单盲试验。智力测验方法采用国际通用，中国修订的中国—韦氏儿童智力量表，以智商作为指标。１个疗程后发现，治疗组在总智商和言语商、操作商，均有明显提高，而对照组前后无变化，两组差异显著；疗效等级中，治疗组显效率明显高于对照组，Ｐ＜００５。动物实验与临床效果一致，小鼠ＬＤ５０＞４０ｇ／ｋｇ。作者对智力的本质、智力测验的价值，以及中医对智力的认识和健脾益气中药的益智效能等作了探讨。 This article is the author’s own preparation of traditional Chinese medicine --- “Lingbao” granules to promote children’s intellectual development research summary. Sixty-six children with mental retardation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 38 cases in each group. The treatment group took “Lingbao” granules and the control group took placebo, and conducted a single-blind trial. The intelligence test method adopts the internationally-accepted, China-modified Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, using IQ as an indicator. After one course of treatment, the total IQ, speech quotient, and operator were significantly improved in the treatment group, but there was no change in the control group before and after, and there was a significant difference between the two groups. In the efficacy ranking, the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. <005. The animal experiment was consistent with the clinical results. The mouse LD50 was >40 g/kg. The author discusses the nature of intelligence and the value of intelligence tests, as well as the understanding of intelligence in traditional Chinese medicine and the efficacy of Chinese medicine in strengthening spleen and Qi.
