As grassroots leaders, we often encounter such a situation in the work of “two defenses” at the grassroots level. It is not a problem that arises with our own units, but the superiors still require education and rectification on the same issue. This situation we call “one person sick, we take medicine.” Some comrades did not understand this or even opposed it. Some comrades said: “Only those who are sick who take medicine. If a person gets sick and lets all people follow the medicine, it will not only result in the waste of medicine, but also damage the normal health of the people.” Some comrades Think: “In a legal society, the law mainly restrain human behavior .A person who breaks the law and has its own legal sanctions can not be handled by other people. The wrongdoing of handling a unit or a person should also follow the principle of not Let unrelated people to accompany. ”Some comrades simply think that is engaged in formalism. Although these comrades have some truths, they all have some one-sidedness. Only by treating this issue dialectically can we reach the correct conclusion.
