对海口市城区随机技群抽取5间中小学校3个年级7个班620名学生用4种粪检方法进行人体肠道寄生虫感染情况调查,寄生虫感染率为53.3%.共查见10种寄生虫,其中线虫有蛔虫、因虫、美洲约虫、十二指肠钩虫、烧虫和毛国旧线虫等6种,原虫有兰氏灵乡虫、布氏喀碘阿米巴、微小内蜒阿米巴、结肠内阿米巴等4种。主要为线虫感染,尤以相虫(40.7-47.l%)和控虫(60.9%)的感染率最高。对流行情况作了分析,防治对策上建议选用针对技虫和烧虫为主的广谱驱虫药。
A total of 620 school students from 5 randomly sampled primary and secondary schools in Haikou city were randomly selected to study the infection of human intestinal parasites by using 4 kinds of excrement tests. The parasitic infection rate was 53.3%. A total of 10 kinds of parasites were examined, including nematodes roundworms, due to worms, American jellyfish, duodenal hookworm, burning worms and Mao country old nematodes and other 6 kinds of protozoa Lan Ling Ling Xiang bug, Mimba, within the small serpentine, amoeba and other four kinds of colon. The main nematode infections, especially the phase insects (40.7-47.l%) and control insects (60.9%) the highest infection rates. The prevalence of the situation has been analyzed, prevention and control measures recommended for the technical insects and insect-based broad-spectrum de-worming drugs.
