酮替芬鼻用气雾剂由酮替芬富马酸盐微粒混悬于氟氯烷类抛射剂中制成,加有表面活性剂助悬。我们研究了两种类型的酮替芬气雾剂,并在质量上作了比较,两者有明显的质量差别。溶液型气雾剂在常温及加速试验中溶液变黄、含量下降、紫外扫描图谱起变化,并证明有分解产物。而微粒混悬型气雾剂质量稳定。药理试验表明,它对呼吸道粘膜和肺组织无刺激作用,适用于作为鼻腔给药的气雾剂型。
Ketotifen nasal aerosols from ketotifen fumarate particles suspended in fluorine chloride propellant propellant, plus a surfactant-assisted suspension. We studied two types of ketotifen aerosols and compared them in terms of quality, with significant quality differences between the two. Solution-type aerosol at room temperature and accelerated the test solution turns yellow, the content decreased, the UV-scan spectrum changes, and proved to have decomposition products.
