在使用通用的阻抗计法测量石英晶体谐振器的谐振频率和其它电参数时,晶体接入测量线路时产生的分布参数严重影响其测量精度.分析这些影响产生的原因并据此改进测量方法和采取适当的补偿措施,可以显著提高测量精度
When using the common impedance meter to measure the resonance frequency and other electrical parameters of the quartz crystal resonator, the distribution parameters generated when the crystal is connected to the measuring line seriously affect the measurement accuracy. Analysis of the causes of these effects and the consequent improvement of measurement methods and the adoption of appropriate compensation measures can significantly improve the measurement accuracy
