业已作出二种用作小懈树导弹系统舵面座轴套材料应力腐蚀特性的研究。二种材料为17-7PH不锈钢及QQ-S-777碳素弹簧钢。由该二种材料制成的座轴套装在试验紧固架上,该构架可模拟静态负载条件,并按MIL-STD-151-B经受盐雾环境。可结论断定由弹簧钢(QQ-S-777)制成的座轴套优于由17-7PH不锈钢制成的座轴套。
Two studies have been made on the stress corrosion characteristics of bushings for the rudder seat of the Lesser tree-guided missile system. Two kinds of materials for the 17-7PH stainless steel and QQ-S-777 carbon spring steel. Sleeve sleeves made of these two materials are assembled on a test fastening frame that simulates static load conditions and is exposed to a salt spray environment to MIL-STD-151-B. CONCLUSION It is concluded that the sleeve made of spring steel (QQ-S-777) is superior to the sleeve made of 17-7PH stainless steel.
