用放射免疫沉淀法进行了CPSI在体内及体外无细胞系统的生物合成实验,发现喂DENA大鼠肝及肝癌中CPSI蛋白质的生物合成速度低于正常肝,其降低程度与酶活性降低程度相关,说明CPSI活性的改变源于CPSI生物合成速度的改变。
The biosynthesis of CPSI in vitro and in vitro without cell system was studied by radioimmunoprecipitation. The biosynthesis of CPSI protein in liver and liver cancer fed DENA rats was lower than that in normal liver, and the decrease was related to the decrease of enzyme activity. This indicates that the change of CPSI activity is due to the change of CPSI biosynthesis rate.
