这次全省国有企业党建工作会议,对于深入贯彻落实省委六届九次全会精神,打好’97吉林工业效益攻坚战,遏制经济效益下滑,从根本上推动国有企业改革与发展,具有非常重要的意义。刚才,玉杰同志就加强国有企业党的建设工作做了重要讲话,我们要深入学习领会,认真贯彻落实。下面,我就当前全省经济形势和国有企业改革,讲三点意见。一、关于当前全省经济形势和国有企业改革情况在省委的领导下,我们认真贯彻落实党的十四届五中、六中全会精神,深化改革,扎扎实实推进两个根本性转变,经济运行和企业改革取得积极进展,为整个经济的持续发展和社会稳定做出了贡献。
