近年来,食品安全事件的频频发生暴露出食品安全监管失灵的缺陷。但是这种失灵并不是偶然形成的,而是有其一定的历史原因。凡事必须要知其根源才能对症下药。所以从历史学的观察维度来分析中国食品安全监管如何失灵是非常必要的。
In recent years, frequent occurrence of food safety incidents revealed the defects of food safety supervision failure. However, this failure is not accidental formation, but has its own historical reasons. Everything must know its root cause to prescribe the right remedy. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze how China’s food safety regulation fails from the perspective of historical observation.
