编者按:中国机动车拍卖市场自201 0年以来,呈爆发式增长,机动车拍卖正日益成为政府、机构公车公开处置、市民汽车置换升级的首选方式。机动车拍卖企业也从创建之初的惨淡经营,转而迎来了发展的春天,机动车拍卖也将成为引领汽车流通变革的重要模式。201 3年10月,中国拍卖行业协会在京成立了机动车拍卖专业委员会,意在有效整合专业力量,实现机动车拍卖标准化服务,将方兴未艾的国内机动车拍卖带入一个健康发展的新时代。车委会设有6家副主任委员单位,他们是我国机动车拍卖行业中比较成熟的经营企
