用硬度测量及透射电于显微镜观测的方法, 探测了含稀土Al-Mg-Si,合金G.P.区形成的临界温度Tc,讨论了该合金中过量Si的作用,分析了稀土(RE)元素对临界温度的影响。结果表明: Al-0.65%Mg-0.61%Si-0.125%RE合金的临界温度为230±10℃;过量Si提高了合金的过饱和度,从而提高了临界温度;稀土降低了临界温度。
The critical temperature (Tc) of rare earth-containing Al-Mg-Si and GP was measured by hardness measurement and transmission electron microscopy. The effect of excess Si in the alloy was discussed.
