In this paper, the problem of pollution diffusion in the adjacent area of the Atlantic Ocean and the Arctic Ocean is studied by using the characteristics of water flow. The sources of pollution and the proliferation of pollutants have been estimated for many years and a schematic diagram has been drawn up. At present, the world’s marine pollution is rather serious, leading to a significant reduction in the production of marine organisms [6,9,12,13]. Oil pollution is particularly detrimental to marine life [6,9,12]. According to the available information [7], there are between 500 and 10 million tons of oil flowing into the ocean each year. Oil pollution in the northeastern Atlantic, the oil-rich Norwegian Sea, the Greenland Sea and the North Sea are both severe [8,12,14].
