试验地设在永寿县苗圃,土壤为黄墡土。供试种条于1987年3月采自陕西省林科所延安树木园内的一年生乌柳枝条。试验分设:(1)不同长度插穗扦插试验;(2)从种条不同部位采穗试验;(3)插穗不同处理试验。每试验设3个重复,每小区30根插穗。当年全面翻土整地,深度25厘米;4月5日扦插,密度10×20厘米。扦插方法分正插、地上露0.5厘米、压实3种。插后第三天浇透水一次,以后管理同一般。6月份松地除草一次。试验结果:(1)不同长度插穗扦插试验以25厘米长的插穗成活率最高,为90.8%,其次是20厘米和15厘米,成活率分别为
Experimentally located in Yongshou County nursery, yellow soil for the soil.
