研究了冷轧压下量对钒微合金化TRIP钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,增加冷轧压下量,连续退火试样中铁素体体积分数减少,贝氏体体积分数增多;块状残留奥氏体晶粒尺寸有所减小,体积分数增多,达到16.2%,大多弥散地分布于晶界处;直径大多在3~10 nm之间的细小V(C,N)析出粒子弥散分布于基体组织,并与高密度位错交互作用而钉扎位错。冷轧压下量增加至83.6%,强度增加,尤其屈服强度增加了150 MPa;伸长率和强塑积均提高,强塑积达到24603 MPa·%。
The effect of cold rolling reduction on the microstructure and properties of vanadium microalloying TRIP steel was studied. The results show that the volume fraction of ferrite decreases and the volume fraction of bainite increases with the increase of cold rolling reduction. The grain size of massive retained austenite decreases and the volume fraction increases to 16.2% Most dispersed in the grain boundaries are dispersed; small diameter V (C, N) precipitation particles mostly distributed in the matrix microstructure between 3 ~ 10 nm, and high-density dislocation interaction pinning dislocations. The cold rolling reduction increased to 83.6%, the strength increased, especially the yield strength increased by 150 MPa; the elongation and the strong plastic product all increased, and the strong plastic product reached 24603 MPa ·%.
