我们应用细胞化学方法首次定量测定84例不同类型白内障晶状体上皮细胞6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶,苹果酸脱氢酶和乳酸脱氢酶活性.其结果表明老年性白内障晶状体上皮细胞6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶和苹果酸脱氢酶活性明显低于其它类型白内障,并且老年白内障未成熟期晶状体上皮细胞乳酸脱氢酶活性也明显低于其它类型白内障.这说明在老年性白内障晶状体中,糖代谢活性明显下降.而6-磷酸葡萄糖脱氢酶活性下降还说明老年性白内障晶状体抗氧化功能下降,并间接证明晶状体的氧化损伤是老年性白内障形成的一个重要因素.
Cytochemistry was used for the first time to quantitatively determine the activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase in 84 different types of cataractous lens epithelial cells.The results showed that the activity of 6-phosphoglucose Hydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase activity was significantly lower than other types of cataract, and senile cataract premature lens epithelial cells lactate dehydrogenase activity was significantly lower than other types of cataract.This shows that in senile cataract lens, glucose metabolism activity Decreased significantly, while the decrease of 6-phosphoglucose dehydrogenase activity also shows the decline of anti-oxidative function in senile cataract lens, and indirectly proves that lens oxidative damage is an important factor of senile cataract formation.
