随着教学改革的推进,体育课的重要性引起了人们的广泛重视。体育课程是教学系统中重要的组成部分,是能够帮助学生提高身体素质和培养拼搏精神的重要课程。当下,终身体育的概念正火热传播。提高学生的体育能力,既能使学生终身受益,也可以满足国家发展和社会发展的共同要求。终身体育是指学生在接受体育课程之后,形成终身接受体育锻炼的思想和付出参与体育锻炼的行动。终身体育意识的形成表明学生将体育锻炼作为生命中重要的组成部分。终身体育意识,能够帮助学生在漫长的人生道路中不断提高自身的身体素质以及促进自身全面发展。终身体育概念的出现,对高校体育教学有一些新的要求。为了满足终身体育的要求,当下高校体育教学需进行一些必要的改革。本文将从将从五方面入手,提出一些创新措施,希望能够帮助高校体育教学有效推进改革,普及终身体育意识,帮助学生终身受益于体育锻炼。
