备受社会各界关注、公安部督办的樟树刘世波黑社会性质组织集团案,经过江西宜春市中级人民法院7天开庭审理后,于8月3日作出一审判决:该集团头目刘世波,主要成员辜国斌、姜润平、喻林锋犯组织、领导黑社会性质组织,故意杀人、故意伤害、非法买卖枪支等罪,数罪并罚,决定判处死刑,剥夺政治权利终身;判处皮继勇死刑。缓期两年执行。唐志勇等其他17名集团成员分别被判处无期徒刑、有期徒刑12年至2年零6个月不等。
