我场一辆黄河JN162型汽车,原装用罗马尼亚产柴油发动机,在运行中发动机产生异常的撞击声。经拆检:一只气缸的曲轴连杆轴承已磨成碎片坠落入油底壳内,造成曲轴直接与连杆大端孔相磨损,致使曲轴连杆轴颈椭圆度达0.80mm,连杆大端孔椭圆度0.30mm。经洽购黄河厂连杆轴承无货,终于探索到能将东方红75/54型连杆轴承加以改制代用。改制代用:将该车原装进口发动机的连杆轴颈经由标准83mm磨去1mm为82mm;将连杆大端孔内径标准
My field a Yellow JN162 car, originally produced in Romania with diesel engine, the engine produces anomalous impact sound during operation. After dismantling: a cylinder crankshaft connecting rod bearings have been ground into pieces crushed into the oil pan, causing the crankshaft and connecting rod end hole wear, resulting in crankshaft connecting rod spindle ovality of 0.80mm, connecting rod large End hole ovality 0.30mm. After the acquisition of the Yellow River connecting rod bearings without stock, finally explored to Dongfanghong 75/54 type connecting rod bearing to be converted to substitute.
