关于肝内胆汁郁积的发生机制与胆汁形成的生理过程有密切关系,对此有不少研究,文献介绍的材料也很多。近来由于电子显微镜和电子扫描等新技术的迅速发展以及应用各种化学药物和内分泌激素造成实验动物胆汁郁积获得成功,对肝内胆汁郁积的发生发展有了新的认识。目前认为肝内胆汁郁积与胆汁酸的分泌、结合、排泄三个环节有密切关系。这三个环节常常同时受到损害,同时发生作用。关于结合与分泌障碍屡见介绍,本文仅就胆汁酸排泄障碍在肝内胆汁郁积发生发展中的作用,予以介绍。
About the pathogenesis of intrahepatic cholestasis and bile formation is closely related to the physiological processes, there are many studies on this, the literature describes a lot of material. Recently, due to the rapid development of new technologies such as electron microscopy and electron scanning, and the application of various chemotherapeutic drugs and endocrine hormones, the cholestasis of experimental animals has been succeeded, and a new understanding of the occurrence and development of intrahepatic cholestasis has been obtained. Currently that intrahepatic cholestasis and bile acid secretion, binding, excretion are closely related to the three links. Often, these three links are harmed at the same time. About binding and secretion disorders are common, this article only on the bile acid excretion disorder in the development of intrahepatic cholestasis role, to be introduced.
