2007年6月29日,备受瞩目的《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》(以下称《劳动合同法》)由十届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议审议通过,并由中华人民共和国国家主席颁布,自2008年1月1日起施行。这是自《劳动法》颁布实施以来,我国劳动和社会保障法制建设中的又一个里程碑。《劳动合同法》的颁布实施,对于更好地保护劳动者合法权益,构建和发展和谐稳定的劳动关系,促进社会主义和谐社会建设,具有十分重要的意义。为此,本刊从第八期开始宣传《劳动合同法》,本期继续进行普法宣传。
