玉米大斑病菌(Exserohilum turcicum)在改良Fries培养液中培养可以产生HT-毒素。 TLC分析表明: 1号小种毒素至少有2种毒性成分,2号小种毒素至少有3种毒性成分。通过GC-MS、HRMS、NMR分析表明组分1的分子式为C6H6O3,分子量126.0328,其化学结构为5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛。组分Ⅱ分子量为124,初步推测为2,5-二甲醛呋喃。毒素钝化试验表明,代森锰锌、Na2MoO4、NaNO3、ZnSO4、KMnO4、KI及4种糖类可钝化毒素使其毒性降低;而CuSO4、NaCI、KCr2O5、H2O2则可使毒素毒性增强。毒素处理玉米叶片后,细胞膜透性、细胞的CAT、Vc氧化酶、SOD、POD、PAL、PPO活性都发生了一定规律变化,而毒素中加入H2O2和代森锰锌可抑制或加强这种变化。
Exserohilum turcicum is cultured in modified Fries medium to produce HT-toxin. TLC analysis showed that no. 1 toxin had at least 2 toxic components and no. 2 toxin had at least 3 toxic components. Analysis by GC-MS, HRMS and NMR indicated that component 1 has the molecular formula of C6H6O3 and the molecular weight of 126.0328. Its chemical structure is 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde. Component II molecular weight of 124, initially speculated that 2,5-dimethylformaldehyde furan. The toxin passivation test showed that the toxicity of mancozeb, Na2MoO4, NaNO3, ZnSO4, KMnO4, KI and four kinds of sugars can be detoxified to reduce the toxicity; and CuSO4, NaCI, KCr2O5, H2O2 can make toxin toxicity increased. Toxin treatment of corn leaves, cell membrane permeability, cell activity of CAT, Vc oxidase, SOD, POD, PAL, PPO have undergone some changes in the law, and the addition of H2O2 and mancozeb toxin can inhibit or enhance the change .
