目的研究少毛北前胡Peucedanum harry-smithiivarsubglabrum的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法及制备薄层色谱法对少毛北前胡甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从少毛北前胡中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为北美芹素(pteryxin,Ⅰ)、trans-3-′acetyl-4-′senecioylkhellactone(Ⅱ)、亮蛇床定(selinidin,Ⅲ)c、is-3′,4-′diisovalerylkhellactone(Ⅳ)、白花前胡素E(Pd-Ⅲ,Ⅴ)、白花前胡丁素(Pd-Ⅱ,Ⅵ)、二十四烷酸(tetracosanoic acid,Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(-βsitosterol,Ⅷ)、甘露醇(mannitol,Ⅸ)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Peucedanum harry-smithiivar subglabrum. Methods The methanol extracts of P. bracteatum were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative thin-layer chromatography. Their chemical structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified from P. bracteatum. They were pteryxin (I), trans-3-’acetyl-4-’senecioylkhellactone (II) and selinidin (III). c、is-3′,4-′diisovalerylkhellactone(IV), Peucedanine E(Pd-III, V), Pd-II, VI, tetracosanoic acid (VII) Β-sitosterol (VIII), mannitol (IX). Conclusion The above compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
