目的:优选湖北海棠中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以总黄酮及根皮苷含量为指标,采用单因素试验法筛选提取方法和提取次数;以浸膏得率,总黄酮及根皮苷含量为综合评价指标,对主要影响因素乙醇体积分数、溶剂用量、提取时间进行正交试验优选。结果:最佳提取工艺为8倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选工艺稳定可行,可作为湖北海棠中总黄酮的提取工艺。
Objective: To optimize the extraction of total flavonoids from Begonia officinalis. Methods: The total flavonoids and phlorizin content as an indicator, using single factor test screening methods and extraction times; extract rate, total flavonoids and phlorizin content as a comprehensive evaluation index, the main influencing factors of ethanol volume fraction , The amount of solvent, extraction time for orthogonal test optimization. Results: The best extraction process was 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol reflux extraction 3 times, each 1 h. Conclusion: The optimal process is stable and feasible, which can be used as the extraction technology of total flavonoids in Begonia.
