我们应清楚的认识到,我国石化企业在质量管理的实践中,还存在着一些误区:片面认为质量出现问题是一线工作人员直接造成的,把质量检验和质量管理混为一谈,以偏概全,认为质量控制是质量检验和质量管理部门的事,对质量认证还存在错误认识,盲目的模仿照搬,认为企业出现质量问题总是难以避免的,“零缺陷”是不可能的。对质量管理误区的正确认识,可以有效的引导企业走出质量管理的误区,以正确的质量管理理念保证产品的高品质。
We should clearly recognize that there are still some misunderstandings in the practice of quality management in China’s petrochemical enterprises: One-sidedly, the problem of quality is directly caused by front-line staff, and the quality inspection and quality management are confused, Quality control is the quality inspection and quality management department, there is a misunderstanding of quality certification, imitation blind imitation, that quality problems are always difficult to avoid, “zero defect” is not possible. Correct understanding of the misunderstandings of quality management can effectively guide enterprises out of the misunderstanding of quality management and ensure the high quality of products with the correct quality management philosophy.
