本文介绍用不同剂量辐照灭菌和乙醇灭菌的自溶去抗原同种骨(AAA骨)与未经脱钙和辐照处理的自体及同种骨在移植后组织病理学改变的初步观察结果。以大鼠颅骨缺损为移植模型,于移植2个月后,在光学显微镜下对植入的大鼠颅骨片进行组织病理学观察。结果表明:新鲜自体骨移植效果最好;乙醇灭菌和脱钙4小时、照射15或25kGy剂量的AAA骨次之;而经脱钙24小时、照射25或50kGy的AAA骨最差。
This article describes the preliminary observation of autologous dissociated bone (AAA bone) treated with different doses of radiation sterilization and ethanol sterilization, and autologous and homologous bone without post-decalcification and irradiation treatment. result. The rat skull defect was used as a transplant model. After 2 months of transplantation, the implanted rat skull slices were observed under a light microscope for histopathological observation. The results showed that the fresh autogenous bone graft had the best effect; ethanol sterilization and decalcification for 4 hours, irradiation of 15 or 25 kGy dose of AAA bone followed; and decalcified 24 hours, irradiation of 25 or 50 kGy AAA bone was the worst.
