采用潲水油和甲醇为原料,KOH作为催化剂,通过酯交换反应制备生物柴油。综合考察了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、醇油摩尔比和超声波功率5个因素对酯交换反应制备生物柴油的影响。并且采用L9(34)正交试验法对实验结果进行分析和优化,最终确定反应的最佳条件如下:醇油摩尔比为8∶1、催化剂用量为油重的1.2%、反应时间为50min、反应温度为70℃,超声波功率为400W,转化率最高可达97.53%。
Bristlecone oil and methanol as raw materials, KOH as a catalyst, prepared by transesterification biodiesel. Effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, molar ratio of alcohol to oil and ultrasonic power on the biodiesel production by transesterification were comprehensively investigated. The experimental results were analyzed and optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal test. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of alcohol to oil was 8:1, the amount of catalyst was 1.2% of oil weight, the reaction time was 50min, The reaction temperature is 70 ℃, the ultrasonic power is 400W and the conversion rate is up to 97.53%.
