手足口病(HFMD)是一种由多种肠道病毒引起,以侵袭婴幼儿为主的常见传染病,柯萨奇病毒A16型(COXAl6)及肠道病毒71型(EV71)为其主要病原体[1]。我国自1981年在上海地区首次报道以来,许多省市已有流行,特别是近几年手足口病流行有加剧的趋势。为做好手足口病暴发疫情的控制工作,本文对2008~2010年某市发生的20起手足口病暴发疫情进行分析,现将结果报道如下。
Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) is a common infectious disease caused by various enteroviruses and mainly affects infants and young children. Coxsackievirus A16 (COXAI6) and enterovirus 71 (EV71) are the main pathogens [1]. Since our country first reported in Shanghai in 1981, many provinces and cities have become popular, especially in recent years there is a trend of aggravating epidemics of hand-foot-mouth disease. In order to do a good job of hand-foot-mouth disease outbreak control work, this article from 2008 to 2010 in a city outbreak of 20 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease analysis, the results reported below.
