国际图联战略规划2016-2021指明了图书馆未来的战略愿景、核心价值观、战略方向及主要倡议,与战略规划2010-2015相较,存在战略愿景和战略方向上的调整。国际图联战略规划2016-2021反映了图书馆连接社区、创新媒介、知识管理、宣传倡导的发展趋势,在如何做社区中的图书馆,如何推动创新、保护文化遗产、强化宣传倡导方面,图书馆今后应有更多思考。
IFLA Strategic Planning 2016-2021 identifies the future strategic vision, core values, strategic directions and key initiatives of the library. Compared with the strategic plan 2010-2015, there is a strategic vision and strategic direction adjustment. IFLA Strategic Planning 2016-2021 reflects the development trend of library connected communities, innovative media, knowledge management, advocacy and advocacy, how to make libraries in communities, how to promote innovation, protect cultural heritage and strengthen publicity and advocacy.
