工作分析作为一项重要的基础性管理过程,对于现代人力资源管理具有重要意义。本文通过分析某疾病预防控制机构开展工作分析中存在的问题,试图为进一步探索适应我国疾控机构特点的工作分析方式、方法总结经验。笔者认为,良好的组织环境是充分实施工作分析的基础,合理的分析主体是工作分析成功的前提,科学适宜的分析技术是保障工作分析效果的关键。
Job analysis as an important basic management process is of great significance to the modern human resources management. Through analyzing the problems existing in the work analysis of a disease prevention and control institution, this article attempts to summarize the experience in order to further explore the work analysis methods and methods that adapt to the characteristics of China’s disease control institutions. The author believes that a good organizational environment is the basis for the full implementation of job analysis. Reasonable analysis is the prerequisite for the success of job analysis. Scientific and appropriate analytical techniques are the key to ensuring the effectiveness of job analysis.
