对钻柱在井下的受力状况已进行过许多理论研究 ,但对钻柱在井下的实际工作状态的研究还不多。为此 ,研制了一种实用的井下测量接头计算机自动测量系统 ,可用于实时监测和记录钻柱在井下钻进时的实际受力和运动情况。它由井下传感器、单片计算机、存储器和高能电池等组成 ,能接收地面指挥信号 ,在井下自动工作。当钻进结束后提至地面 ,将井下采集的数据回放至地面微机中即可进行各种力学和运动分析。该系统研制成功后在地面和井下做了实时试验 ,测试结果较为理想。
There have been many theoretical studies on the stress state of the drill string in the well, but there are not many studies on the actual working status of the drill string in the well. Therefore, a practical computer automatic measuring system for underground measuring joint is developed, which can be used to monitor and record the actual stress and movement of the drilling string when drilling downhole in real time. It consists of downhole sensors, single-chip computers, memory and high-energy batteries and other components that can receive ground command signals, underground work automatically. When the drilling completed to the ground, the data collected downhole back to the ground computer can be a variety of mechanical and motion analysis. After the system was successfully developed in the ground and underground to do a real-time test, the test results are ideal.
