目的了解2013年毫州市食品安全风险监测结果 ,分析毫州市食品安全现状,对食品监测中发现的突出问题进行预警。方法按照国家食品安全风险监测方案的要求进行监测,对监测数据进行分析。结果检测食品样品总合格率为92.70%(459/429),农贸市场、商场超市、检测合格率之间比较,差异无统计学意义(X~2=0.81,P>0.05)。理化指标检测合格率为95.84%(323/337),微生物指标检测合格率为87.70%(107/122),两者之间的差异有统计学意义(X~2=10.03,P<0.01)。结论毫州市白酒、食用油中DBP、DBP超标率均较高;婴幼儿食品和乳粉检出蜡样芽孢杆菌与阪崎肠杆菌,这反映出生产、加工、流通过程中有待进一步规范,在生产、加工、运输、贮存设备用具清洗消毒要加强,努力降低食品污染风险。添加剂使用的管理不能放松。向食品安全有关管理部门提供检测数据,加大监督力度,确保消费者身体健康。
Objective To understand the results of food safety risk monitoring in 2013 in Hezhou, analyze the current situation of food safety in Hezhou, and give early warning to the outstanding problems found in food monitoring. Methods According to the requirements of the national food safety risk monitoring program, the monitoring data were analyzed. Results The total qualified rate of food samples was 92.70% (459/429). There was no significant difference (X ~ 2 = 0.81, P> 0.05) between the farmer’s market, shopping mall supermarkets and the test pass rate. The passing rate of physical and chemical indicators was 95.84% (323/337). The passing rate of microbial indicators was 87.70% (107/122). There was a significant difference between them (X ~ 2 = 10.03, P <0.01). CONCLUSION Bacillus cereus and E. sakazakii were detected in infant liquor and milk powder. The results showed that the excess of the DBP and DBP in white liquor and edible oil in Bozhou City was higher than that of the other two. This reflected the need of further standardization in production, processing and distribution, In the production, processing, transportation, storage equipment cleaning and disinfection should be strengthened, and strive to reduce the risk of food contamination. Management of additive use can not be relaxed. To the food safety management departments to provide testing data, increase supervision and ensure the health of consumers.
