由于性别调控研究具有重要的理论及实用意义,一直是生物学领域研究的一个热点[1]为了进行性别调控的探索,我们从1989年开始,对正常饲育条件下的近交小鼠一生繁殖中各胎次所生仔代在性别比例上存在的一些生物学规律进行了实验观察。在预实验的基础上,我们对BALB/c小鼠的出生性别比及其与胎次的关系进行系统的和动态的观察。全部数据经计算机统计学分析后,发现和证实了各胎出生的性别比例依胎次由雄性较多开始,到减少又到增多的呈“V”字型变化的现象。此外还观察到了不同近交代次、不同胎次、不同初配日龄条件下动物繁殖周期的规律性变化,现报导如下:
