采用自冲铆连接技术对1420铝锂合金(AL1420)同种板及其与钛(TA1)组合板进行了连接,对其接头的静力学性能进行了研究。通过剖面直观检测法分析接头成形质量,并进行拉伸-剪切试验;同时基于MATLAB R2014b平台,通过用户自定义开发编写接头能量吸收值精确计算程序。结果表明:自冲铆连接工艺可以实现对AL1420同种及异种板材的有效连接,TA1-AL1420接头的静失效强度和能量吸收值大于另外接头的静失效强度和能量吸收值。TA1-AL1420接头适用于对承载和缓冲吸震能力要求较高的结构。
The 1420 Al-Li alloy (AL1420) plate and its combination with titanium (TA1) plate were connected by self-piercing riveting technology, and the static mechanical properties of the joints were studied. Through the visual inspection of profile, the joint forming quality was analyzed and the tensile-shear test was carried out. At the same time, an accurate calculation program of joint energy absorption value was prepared by user-defined development based on MATLAB R2014b platform. The results show that the self-piercing riveting process can effectively connect the same type and different type of AL1420 plate, and the static failure strength and energy absorption value of TA1-AL1420 joint are greater than the static failure strength and energy absorption value of other joints. The TA1-AL1420 connector is suitable for structures that require high load and cushioning shock absorption.
