本文提出用5-Br-PADAP光度测定痕量汞的新方法。合适的条件是:含有200毫克酒石酸钾钠、pH为9.6~10.5的25毫升显色液中,含有6~15毫升0.035%5-Br-PADAP;7.5~12.5毫升无水乙醇。Hg(Ⅱ)-5-Br-PADAP的最大吸收为563纳米,颜色稳定1小时,0~20微克汞25毫升服从比尔定律。摩尔吸光系数为1.01×10~5。在测定条件下,Hg(Ⅱ):5-Br-PADAP为1:2。考查了近30种离子的干扰情况。矿石中痕量汞用Сауков法分离后,用本法测定结果较好。
This paper presents a new method for the determination of trace mercury with 5-Br-PADAP. Suitable conditions are: containing 25 mg of potassium sodium tartrate 200 mg in 25 ml of a color developing solution having 6-15 ml of 0.035% 5-Br-PADAP and 7.5-12.5 ml of absolute ethanol. The maximum absorption of Hg (II) -5-Br-PADAP is 563 nm, the color is stable for 1 hour, and 25 ml of 0-20 μg mercury obeys Beer’s law. Molar absorption coefficient of 1.01 × 10 ~ 5. Hg (II): 5-Br-PADAP was 1: 2 under the conditions of the assay. Examined the interference of nearly 30 kinds of ions. Trace ores in ores with Сауков method after separation, the determination of the results of this method is better.
