提出了一种旋转式射流喷头。选用五因素四水平表,通过正交试验得出影响喷头工作性能的结构参数依次为盖板出口直径、直线段长度、导流段长度、位差、作用区长度、导管长度。分析了各结构参数值对雨量分布、射程和旋转速度的影响,得出10型喷头结构参数最佳组合为:盖板出口直径6.2mm,直线段长度6mm,导流段长度31mm,位差2.6mm,作用区长度22mm,导管长度20mm。利用部分追加法追加盖板出口直径试验点,得出5.2mm是出口直径的下限,7.2mm是出口直径的上限,最佳出口直径为6.2mm。
A rotary jet nozzle is proposed. The five factors and four horizontal tables were selected. The structural parameters that affected the working performance of the nozzle were obtained through orthogonal test. The order of the outlet diameter, the length of the straight line, the length of the diversion section, the position difference, the length of the action zone and the length of the catheter were obtained. The influence of each structural parameter on the rainfall distribution, range and rotation speed was analyzed. The optimal combination of the structural parameters of the 10-type nozzle was obtained as follows: the outlet diameter of the cover plate was 6.2mm, the length of the straight line segment was 6mm, the length of the diversion segment was 31mm, mm, the role of the length of 22mm, catheter length 20mm. The use of some additional method to add cover plate outlet diameter test point, draw 5.2mm is the lower limit of the outlet diameter, 7.2mm is the upper limit of the outlet diameter, the best outlet diameter of 6.2mm.
