江苏进一步推动科技兴农、科技兴海战略的实施1、以农业高新技术应用为核心,大力推进新的农业科技革命。组织实施一批跟踪国际水平的农业高新技术研究项目,取得一批具有自主知识产权的农业高新技术成果和较大创新性的重大科技成果。2、围绕农业结构调整和农业产业升级,大力加强农业技术创新。组织实施一批专用、优质农作物品种选育,农业高新生物技术,农产品保鲜、深加工、综合利用及设备开发,集约化设施农业与节水灌溉技术及设备等重大农业科技专项。3、大力推进农业试验基地和科技示范园区建设。大力转化新品种、新技术,集成转化科技含量高、经济效益好、产业化前景大的农业科技重大成果。建设一批农业试验基地和科技园区。4、继续实施科技兴海战略。组织实施一批海洋高新技术研究和成果产业化计划项目,办好科技兴海示范基地。5、召开科技兴农工作会议。部署“十五”科技兴农工作,启动实施农业科技重大专项。
