1 前言在生产实际中,与各种化学介质接触的管道、容器等机械设备,工作运行一段时间后,会遭受不同程度的腐蚀。以往对腐蚀后器件的修理,一般只能靠焊接甚至拆除更换,但对要求条件严格(如易燃易爆的设备)、生产不间断的设备,会影响正常的生产,造成企业的经济损失。采用胶接技术可以有效地解决机械设备腐蚀后的修补困难。方法简便,经济效果明显。经过我们的实践,得到了一些用胶接技术修复腐蚀设备的经验。
1 Preface In actual production, machinery and equipment such as pipes and containers that come in contact with various chemical media may experience different degrees of corrosion after a certain period of operation. In the past, repairs to devices after corrosion generally can only be replaced by welding or even demolition. However, for equipment with strict requirements (such as flammable and explosive materials), production of uninterrupted equipment will affect normal production and cause economic losses to the enterprise. The use of adhesive bonding technology can effectively solve the mechanical equipment corrosion after the repair difficulties. The method is simple and economic effect is obvious. Through our practice, we have gained some experience in repairing corrosion equipment with adhesive bonding technology.
