当前,软件工业蓬勃发展,纵观整个世界,软件的发展越来越猛。但是中国的软件业还停留在手工作坊阶段,能不能在国外软件浪潮中挺住,形成真正的软件市场,笔者仅提出一些问题供用户参考。 (1) 人们在购置软件的观念上还处于萌芽阶段,不仅消费者如此,有的软件开发者也有这种思想。 (2) 软件开发的规范化方面,虽然已做了一些工作,但远远不够。 (3) 软件人员的管理,没有法律方面的约束,由于软件的特殊性,所以技术特别容易流失。 (4) 软件容易流失的另一方面是软件产业形成不了集团化开发系统管理。 (5) 由于软件行业是开发时间长,成本回收周期长,往往造成有了开发经营,没有商品化及宣传经费。 (6) 对于一些技术难度较大的中大型软件,大的公
At present, the software industry is booming. Looking at the world as a whole, the development of software is getting more and more fierce. However, the software industry in China still stays in the stage of hand-held workshops and can not hold on to the wave of foreign software to form a real software market. The author only presents some questions for user’s reference. (1) People are still in their infancy in the concept of purchasing software, not only for consumers, but also for some software developers.
