针对热连轧纯钛卷时影响成材率的精轧翘头问题,利用有限元法研究轧制变形区的金属流动状况,发现纯钛精轧变形区的金属流动呈“w”型,与20钢轧制变形区的“c”型金属流动不同,表明普通碳钢的头部翘曲控制工艺不能完全适合纯钛卷轧制。分析了上下工作辊直径差、轧件上下表面温度差、道次压下率、氧化皮厚度、摩擦系数等对头部翘曲的影响规律,确定出轧件表面温差和摩擦系数不同是影响精轧翘头的显著因素。从温度控制角度出发制定了控制纯钛卷精轧头部翘曲的工艺措施,有效解决了钛卷精轧翘头问题,对于减少精轧切头损失、提高产品成材率具有实际应用价值。
Aiming at the problem of finish rolling which affects the finished product rate in the hot rolled pure titanium roll, the metal flow in the deformed zone was studied by the finite element method.
