概述真空镀铝作反射膜在生产上已沿用多年,新铝膜的白光反射率 R 可达90~91%,在空气中暴露一段时间后 R 略有下降,其致命的弱点是机械强度差,经不起机械清洁,虽然用在磷酸氢二铵溶液中阳极氧化的方法,可以提高机械强度,但却降低了反射率。用 SiO 保护膜能提高机械强度,但不能有效地增加反射率。为此寻找一种机械牢固性好,化学稳定性高,反射率比纯铝膜高的反射膜系是十分必要的,由于新产品试制的需要,我们进行了这项工作。
