先天性尿道上裂比较罕见。它是一种轻型的膀胱外翻的先天性畸形。可分为龟头型、阴茎型和全部型三类。前年我院收治一例阴茎型尿道上裂病人,报导如下:男性,24岁,未婚农民,住院号139211。自幼阴茎偏短,背部纵裂,排尿时,尿液往往要溅湿会阴部,无尿失禁现象。发育后阴茎能勃起,但勃起时阴茎背部紧贴腹壁,射精时精液被阴茎挡住,存留于阴茎根部与腹壁之间。年幼时有遗尿史,智力及体力皆正常。发育良好,血压120/70mmHg,血、尿常规无异常。阴毛无殊,阴囊及睾丸附睾正常。阴茎粗短,龟头发育良好,背部一纵沟从龟头直达阴茎根部,尿道开口于阴根部腹壁处茎下,整条纵沟表面有完整粘膜复盖,背侧根部及四周有疤痕组织,包皮悬垂于冠状沟腹面及两旁(附图)。排尿时尿线分散,射程约为正常人的一半,有部分尿液散落到阴茎阴囊 Congenital urethral fissure is relatively rare.
