在大型建筑物基础施工的过程中,地下水位高不仅对基础施工的质量和进度造成严重影响,而且带来不必要的经济损失和安全隐患。因此,降低地下水位是一道必不可少的环节。本文结合工程实例,从水文地质情况、技术要求、降水施工要点、降水监测管理等几个方面介绍管井降水的施工方法。实际效果表明:管井降水在地下水丰富,较深砂类地质条件下,降水效果好,避免了塌坡,确保了基础施工的高质量和按期完成。
In the process of foundation construction of large buildings, the high groundwater level not only has a serious impact on the quality and progress of the foundation construction, but also brings unnecessary economic losses and potential safety hazards. Therefore, reducing the groundwater level is an essential link. In this paper, combined with engineering examples, the construction method of tube well precipitation is introduced from aspects of hydrogeological conditions, technical requirements, precipitation construction points, and precipitation monitoring and management. The actual results show that the precipitation of tube wells is rich in groundwater, and under the conditions of deeper sands, the effect of precipitation is good and the slopes are avoided, ensuring the high quality of the foundation construction and completing on schedule.
