自1989年7月参加分局企协组织开展的企业领导学读书活动以来，在分局企协同志的热心指导下，坚持不懈地学完了《企业领导学研究》、《企业家成功的招法》、《事业成功要诀》、《松下领导艺术》、《企业统率与指挥》等书，比较系统地了解和掌握了国内外有关企业领导学这一专业学科的基础知识、实践经验和科研成果等，深受启迪，受益匪浅，有效地增强自身素质，提高了领导水平，而且在工作实践中，结合实际借鉴运用相关的领导方法、要诀等，解决了不少实际问题，促进了事业的成功。现在总结回顾近两年来的学习实践情况，谈几点体会，意在交流探讨，促进提高。
