卡介苗(Bacillus Calmette-Guérin,简称BCG),是一种用来预防儿童结核病的疫苗。接种卡介苗对儿童的健康成长很有好处,接种后可使儿童产生对结核病的特殊抵抗力。在长时间的接种工作实践中,综合总结有多种因素影响接种卡介苗的质量,如疫苗保存温度不正确、接种时候体位不正确、卡介苗开启后0.5h未废弃、药液未充分混匀、接种人员技术不过关、针头刺入过深、注入剂量不精确等。通过多方位因素综合渗透可有效提高卡介苗接种的质量。
Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) is a vaccine used to prevent childhood tuberculosis. Integrated multi-directional factors can effectively improve the quality of BCG vaccination.
